3. TikTok Integration

By authorizing a Sutrateq application to access your TikTok account, you:

• Grant Sutrateq permission to access your basic profile information (display name, username, avatar) through TikTok's Login Kit
• Grant Sutrateq permission to upload video content as drafts to your TikTok account through TikTok's Content Posting API
• Acknowledge that your use of TikTok is additionally governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service
• May revoke these permissions at any time by removing the respective application from your TikTok account settings

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or systems of Sutrateq without authorization
• Not introduce viruses, malicious code, or any element that may damage our services
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written authorization
• Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines when using our applications

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Sutrateq content: All intellectual and industrial property rights over the content, design, source code, and logos of our website and applications belong to Sutrateq LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

5.2 Application content: Video and other content created and published through our applications is the property of Sutrateq LLC. Content uploaded to your TikTok account as drafts is subject to TikTok's content policies once published by you.

5.3 User content: You retain ownership of any content you independently create or submit through our services.
